Our programmes provide construction industry stakeholders with the opportunity to contribute positively to the well documented skills gap while supporting the needs of local communities.

We facilitate links between key groups including contractors, suppliers, educational institutions and employment organisations to match supply to demand and create sustainable employment opportunities. We have successfully managed social inclusion programmes across a wide range of construction projects and regeneration schemes since 2001, giving employment and qualifications to over 1000 people.
