Mace Sustain, through the London Development Agency and the European Social Fund, can provide FREE English for Speakers of other Languages (ESoL) training for all migrant workers based on construction sites in London whether they are employed or self-employed.

What we can offer

As an employer you are required to make sure that your workforce is safe whilst on site. This includes a consideration of communication and language and of the differences in construction processes and culture when assigning work to migrant workers. Our ESoL programme is designed for construction workers to help you achieve this. Over and above the benefits form improved communications, our ESoL training will help you to improve health and safety through more effective:

• Method statement / risk assessment briefing
• Employee consultation and engagement
